“Grandma Ber”
Our beautiful mother, grandmother, sister and friend graduated this life and became an angel on August 25, 2015, passing on with dignity and grace, and leaving the world a much better place because of her long life, well-lived. Berylene spread joy and light everywhere she went and influenced thousands by her endless capacity to love. She truly lived the principles of abundance and generously gave of her time, her energy, her talents and her good cheer to everyone she met. Berylene’s love language was chocolate, and she shared her deliciousness far and wide. Her life was a model of selfless service especially to her family for whom she has been an extraordinary example of love, leadership, hard work, faith and humor. A life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Berylene served willingly and well in many callings in every auxiliary and particularly loved the years she was able to serve missions with her sweetheart, Dan.
Berylene was born in Salt Lake on August 27, 1931 to Grover Fletcher Coshow and Alice Vilate Brinton. She married Dan Doxey Frampton in the Salt Lake Temple on May 28, 1951 and together they have eight children: Cozette (Barney) Carlson, Sam (Meridee) Frampton, Becky (Greg) Airhart, Jane (Dick) Goulding, Bruno (Shauna) Frampton, Sylvia (Lindsay) Thomas, Jason (Shelley) Frampton, and Heidi Lawrence. Preceded in death by her husband, Dan, parents, siblings Alice Griffin and Bud Coshow, one granddaughter and one great-grandson; Berylene is survived by her children, 35 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren and sisters Rose Coshow, Audrey Fowles and Mary Ballard. Special Thanks to Ann Wolters and Valeo Hospice, Kerry Green and Karen Morgan for service above and beyond.
