Carol Wardrop Memmott

Carol peacefully passed away Saturday December 23, 2017. Daughter of Archer Norman and Ida Maria Hansen. Born December 18, 1929 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Married Ronald Wardrop, later divorced. Married Heber Memmott, later divorced.

Carol was talented in many areas. She loved crocheting and created many beautiful pieces without using a pattern. Carol had a "Green Thumb". Spending many hours in her yard, making it a true "Showplace" She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. 

Carol was preceded in death by her parents and five sisters, Norma Child, Dora Payne, Lucille Bryson, Zena Casey, and Marcel Montgomery. She is survived by her daughter, Lynda Wardrop Peet, granddaughter, Tammie Shreve, grandson, Jeff Peet, nine nieces and six nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends and family can visit from 12:30-1:30 PM. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery. Guestbook to post messages and tributes for the family is available at: HolbrookMortuary.com
