Sandy, UT – Con passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family.  He was born to Ernest Charles Whipperman and Edna Duncombe Whipperman in Sugarhouse, Utah.  He attended South High School and joined the Navy at age 17.  Con was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.  He married Elizabeth (Betty Ann) Cooper on November 14, 1947, Betty preceded him in death on November 21, 1968.  Married Bonnie Pyne Parson on November 29, 1986. Con was extremely proud of his military service.  He was an all-around handyman and could fix anything.  He enjoyed his trips in his motorhome and being in the great outdoors.  He was a great intellect and loved to read. 

Con was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Barbara Whipperman (Sister Mary Joseph of Carmelite Monastery). Survived by his wife Bonnie of Sandy, Utah; his brother Don (Ruth) Whipperman of St. George, UT, his Daughter Pat Whipperman Taggart (Kevin) of Bluffdale, UT, his step-children, Kelly Mitchell (Steve) of St. George, UT, Eric Parson of Denver, Co, Randall Parson, Draper, UT; Katherine Parson (Rod Rowley of Salt Lake City, UT;  his 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

As per Con’s wishes services with be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers make donations to the Veterans of Foreign War.
