November 22, 1930 ~ November 16, 2015 (age 84) 84 Years OldLeslie Palfreyman passed away November 16, 2015 in Layton, Utah surrounded by family. Born November 22, 1930 in Salt Lake City, Utah the son to Fred and Emma Mozley Palfreyman. Married Carol Mae Wright on February 5, 1953.
Leslie enjoyed Big Band music, played in the university of Utah marching band, and the United States Infantry reserve marching band. He played the clarinet and saxophone. He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and worked his entire life in window decorating and installing. He moved to Arizona in 1984 to work for JC Penny and Trend Homes. In Tempe he loved to play golf and loved to watch baseball. He loved the LA Angels and would often attend Spring Training games. He enjoyed NASCAR races and would attend Phoenix International Raceway every season. He was also a very sharp dressed man and had an eye for fashion.
Leslie is preceded in death by his mother, Emma; father, Fred; brother, Fred; and infant son, Randy. Survived by wife, Carol Mae Palfreyman; 4 sons, Mark (Carolyn), Scott (Diane), Alan (Dawna), Robert (Victoria); 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at the Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East, where friends may visit with the family from 9:30am to 10:30am prior to the services.
