The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may customize services in order to select only those which are right for you. 

Mortuary Schedule discounts apply to these packages.

All packages have additional selections you made add as options.

Pre Paid and Pre Planned  cremation options can be added to these packages to guarantee in the future you have a cremation plan with a locally owned, family owned, neighborhood Mortuary for over 50 years.

• Professional services of funeral director and staff and care of the body
• Transfer of remains in Salt Lake County to funeral home by one person director, available 24 hrs 
• Cremation process
• Cremation tray/minimum casket for body
• Cremation urn/minimum utility urn
• Processing legal authorization for State of Utah Death Certificates, Utah Cremation Permits,  medical doctor, and legal family authorizations
• Allow 5 work days for all permits with State of Utah to clear

        Additional to this package would be Utah State Cremation Permit and Utah State Death Certificates.

• Use of facilities for 30 minute window viewing (no embalming) for private family prior to cremation and/or cremation scheduled for private family to be present at the start of the cremation process (weekday - daytime schedule - 20 people max)

• Dressing for Visitation.
• Hardwood casket for visitation and service.
• Cremation Tray for cremation
• Cremation utility urn. ( Insert of Cremation Casket becomes cremation casket)
• All preparations for necessary authorizations, legal paperwork, the death certificate and file with the county Health Department.
• Obituary preparations for social media and Salt Lake papers.

Room available for you to provide your own food and beverage or select from our catering options. 

Room available for you to provide food or alcohol.
