Owner - Funeral Director - Pre-Paid Planning
Graduated from Olympus High School in 1977. Graduated from Cyprus College with an Associate of Science Degree in 1981. Graduated from Cyprus College with a Mortuary Science Degree in 1981. Recieved from Cyprus College the Scholastic Achievement Award for scholastic excellence and the Rosling R. Ragsdale Award for outstanding student leadership.
Owner - Office Management - Pre-Paid Planning
Graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor in Accounting Degree as well as a Master of Professional Accountancy. Assists families in funeral or cremation arrangements.
Funeral Director - Office Management
Eldon graduated from the Mesa Community College Mortuary Science Program in 2007, receiving the Mu Sigma Alpha award for graduating at the top of his class. He has worked with the Holbrook family as a licensed mortician since 2007. He assists families with funeral and cremation arrangements, funerals, visitations, office management, and other areas in funeral management.
Aftercare Counselor - Pre-Paid Planning
Dan Timothy is an Aftercare Counselor with Holbrook Mortuary. A day or two after the services of a loved one Dan will meet with the family to help with common matters that arise when a death occurs (notify Social Security, filing for life insurance benefits, veterans benefits, etc.). He is also licensed to help families who wish to do advanced funeral planning and can assist with payment options for those that would like to pre-pay for any future burial or cremation services.
Assistant to Funeral Directors
John started working with the Holbrook family mortuary after retiring as a division director with the Utah Insurance Department, regulating the insurance industry.
He assists the Holbrook staff with the preparation and coordination details of funeral visitations, viewings and services. He has vast experience in officiating and directing funerals.
John and his wife Stance resided in the Canyon Rim and East Mill Creek communities of Salt Lake County for almost fifty years.
