Jean Goddard Obituary

Jean Allred Goddard, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend passed peacefully away on November 10, 2019 at the age of 82 from a prolonged illness.

Jean was born on June 20, 1937 in Sacramento, California, the daughter of Frank Allred and Ann Greer.  Jean leaves behind her husband Reed and sister Edrie (Bridenbaugh) and is preceded in death by brother John Allred.

Jean married Reed Henry Goddard, the love of her life, on December 10, 1959 in the Salt Lake Temple.  They raised two children, a daughter Gayleen (Pierce) and a son Randall Henry (Renee) and have six grandchildren, all of whom already miss her greatly.  She was a gracious, gentle, and generous lady who leaves behind a legacy of example and a strong testimony of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  Jean and Reed were married nearly 60 years at the time of her passing.
