Our Dear Sweet Mother, Kay Holley Scott, was called back to her Eternal Home on January 25th, 2021, and was reunited with the Love of her life, Tom Mitchell Scott. What a joyful reunion that must have been!
Kay was born on May 11th, 1938, to Mildred S. Graham and her biological father John Perry Holley and raised by Mildred and her Dad, Ashley Graham, in Springville, UT.
The Gospel in a word is “LOVE.” Mom Loved her husband Tom, her Children, and her Grandchildren, So Very Much. She was our Biggest Fan and our Greatest Friend. Because of her example of Christ like Love, Love abounds in our Families to this Day and Generations to come.
Kay was a Nationally recognized Sales leader for Home Interiors for over 30 years. Kay had hundreds of friends who always carried a Happy, Positive Disposition; her Personality was what made her so Beautiful.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Kay had a Testimony of her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. We thank our Heavenly Father from the bottom of our Hearts for the Miraculous & Beautiful Plan of Salvation and the Sure Knowledge that we will be together with her again.
Kay is survived by two sisters, Maralyn Scott and Phyliss Black; her children, Dan (Tami) Christensen, Holley (Don) Jorgensen, Shelly (Jay) Vega, Kelly (Marilyn) Scott; Kay has 20 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Scott; her parents, Mildred Spafford and Ashley Graham; her brother, Ron Holley; and her sister, Janet Jensen.
