Kenna Fotheringham Mathis

Kenna Fotheringham Mathis, age 84, died on December 29, 2024, in Millcreek, Utah. She was born on April 9, 1940, in Standardville, Utah, to Kenneth Fotheringham and Thella Reynolds. She married Robert O. Mathis on October 24, 1964, and later divorced.

Kenna loved animals of all kinds and had many over the years. She enjoyed working out in her yard and collecting rocks. She loved taking photos of the changing Salt Lake City landscape. Kenna loved her family, and she was loved by them. She loved being a girl from Helper, Utah.

Kenna is survived by her two daughters, Mekala Mathis and Terrie Kay Mathis. One granddaughter, Karen Mathis. And several beloved cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Karen Fotheringham, and son, Robert K. Mathis. 

A graveside service will be held at the Helper City/Mountain View Cemetery.
