Manuel Pineda Ruelas

Manuel Pineda Ruelas de 74 años de edad, falleció el día jueves 6 de Marzo del 2020, en el hospital Intermountain Health Center en la ciudad de Murray, UT.,  después de una larga batalla contra  afecciones pulmonares. Luchó con todas sus fuerzas hasta el último momento.

Nació en Torreón, México. Vivió la mayoría de su vida en la Ciudad de México. Le sobreviven su compañera, amor de su vida Rosalía y sus 5 hijos: Arnulfo, Claudia, Jenni, Janneth y Jaqueline, sus 13 nietos , yernos y nuera.

En su juventud fue atleta, y una mente brillante, y un poco perfeccionista. Manuel mejor conocido como el Cañas fue un gran amigo y aunque la mayoría de sus amigos quedaron en la distancia, es recordado con mucho cariño. Él se había jubilado un año atrás, disfrutaba de esa etapa tan anhelada. Le gustaba mucho el Rock Clásico, los videos musicales, coleccionar relojes y comer en el buffet Chino. 

Será recordado con mucho amor y aunque se le extrañará sabemos que ya está en un mejor lugar al lado de su madre.  

Te extrañaremos por siempre papí

Y limpiará toda lágrima de sus ojos, y la muerte no será más, ni existirá ya más lamento ni clamor ni dolor, las cosas anteriores han pasado.

Manuel Pineda Ruelas, 74, died on Thursday, March 6, 2020, at the Intermountain Health Center hospital in the city of Murray, UT., After a long battle with lung conditions. He fought with all his might until the last moment.

He was born in Torreón, Mexico. He lived most of his life in Mexico City. He is survived by the love of his life Rosalia and his 5 children: Arnulfo, Claudia, Jenni, Janneth and Jaqueline, her 13 grandchildren, son-in-law and daughter-in-law.

In his youth he was an athlete, a brilliant mind, and a little perfectionist. Manuel better known as Cañas was a great friend and although most of his friends stayed in the distance, he is remembered with much affection. He had retired a year ago, he enjoyed that much-desired stage. He really liked Classic Rock, music videos, collecting watches and eating at the Chinese buffet.

He will be remembered with much love and although he will be missed we know that he already is in a better place with his mother.

We will miss you forever daddy

And he will wipe away every tear from his eyes, and death will be no more, nor will there be any more regret or cry or pain, the above things have passed.

Family and friends are invited to a viewing Tuesday morning March 10, 2020 from 9:00am to 10am at Holbrook Mortuary, 3251 South 2300 East.  Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am at the St Francis Catholic Church, 4501 West 5212 South.   Interment will follow at the West Jordan City Cemetery.
