Myra Bradley Clements

Myra Bradley Clements age 91 passed away December 3, 2020 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Myra was born September 19, 1929 in Manti, Utah to Nate Bradley and Evelyn Keller. Myra was an only child and lamented the lack of siblings. Early in life she made frequent appeals to her parents to adopt various cousins as little brothers and sisters. 

Myra was a graduate of Manti High School class of 1948, where she made friends that stayed close throughout her lifetime. Myra married Boyd Henrie her childhood sweetheart had four sons and later divorced.  Myra married Roger Clements November 8, 1976 and added his three children to her family. 

Myra worked in various jobs through her life, as a Manager for Sears & Roebuck and later in life working until retirement as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell. This was a job she reprised from an earlier position as a phone operator in New York City where she claimed her sole qualification were arms long enough to reach the top of the massive switchboards used at the time. 

Myra enjoyed the outdoors skiing, camping, fishing, gardening, and travel. She loved family gatherings, always hosting the holiday dinners and summertime backyard barbeques. 

Myra is survived by her sons Kenton (Lorraine) Henrie, Nathan (Christine) Henrie, Scott (Michele) Henrie, Brad (Bonilynn) Henrie, Cristopher (Lynette) Clements, her daughters Stephanie Clements and Gretchen (Clifton) Clark, 20 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. 

Myra will be interred at Manti City Cemetery where she will join her husband Roger, her parents, grandparents, and ancestors dating back to the city’s founding.
