Victoria Ellen Thomas was the only daughter born to Marianne Giaconda Anastasi and stepfather, Alejandro Quijano. She was proud of her Italian roots and was the 2nd generation born in the US. She was a free spirit who lived a colorful life. She loved to read, talk about history, and go rockhounding in the west desert in her 1955 Willies Jeep. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She passed at home on February 11th with family by her side. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Paul Thomas, son Jacob (Melanie) Thomas, daughter Sequan Kolibas, and grandchildren Bauer (Tianna) Thomas, Kortlen Thomas, and Zion Kolibas. In passing, she joins her first-born son, Marc Dominic Neal, who was taken Feb. 3, 2020. A Celebration of Life service is being held on Saturday, February 24th from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Holbrook Mortuary 3251 South 2300 East in Millcreek, Utah. Open mic-style gathering for those who wish to share how Victoria touched their lives. She was legendary and her headstrong attitude and beautifully unique light will be missed.
