Grant and Colleen and family....As I was walking into the office today I started thinking about Ms Thelma and realized I hadn't spoken with Colleen in a while. I discovered the passing of this wonderful lady that I have known for over 20 years. It has been truly an honor to have had the opportunity to know her and your family. May joy and peace be with you all during this time.....I can honestly say that when I think of her, a smile is on my face.

It has been my opportunity to live on Keller Lane just down the street from The Vincent family for many years, first when young and again when married with a family of my own. I loved growing up with so many good families including the Vincent kids. Thelma was my Beehive Teacher in Young Women back when we met at the Evergreen Chapel. We were a large group but she always had a smile and a quiet strength about her as she taught us lessons and testified of the gospel. In later years as I visited with her I felt that same quiet strength even as she dealt with her difficult health issues. I enjoyed both our catching up visits about her children (and my old friends) whom she loved so much and was so proud of, and seeing "Little Temple Square" as neighbors have nicknamed Grant's beautiful, meticulous yard when he would take me on a garden tour. Thelma left a legacy in the good children that she raised. Loved her. With our love and sympathy, Marianne (and Brad) Caldwell

I was your mom's visiting teacher for the past several years. I loved seeing her and talking about old times growing up in the Valley View 5th Ward. We always had a good chat. She loved telling me about the grand kids and the great grand kids. .She was so proud of her kids and grandchildren. I enjoyed chatting with Grant, also. I would occasionally bring my husband with me to visit teach. Grant and Richard would take off to discuss the yard and other interesting things. and Thelma and I would chat. We both considered it a great Sunday when we could visit the Vincents.. We love your mom and dad and were honored to be able to serve them.
